Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mix of comfort and disappointment. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with good air-conditioning, but the outdated furniture was a letdown. The location was excellent, close to the lake and the old town of Bardolino, but the service left something to be desired with some staff being aggressively rude. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection available until late. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, and the night check-in person was excellent. The mini bar and coffee were topped up every day, and having a balcony was a great bonus. The service was top-notch, with all staff being friendly and efficient, except for one male receptionist who could use a lesson in manners. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the lake and town center, although the lack of air conditioning was a downside. The dining experience was overall great, with a big selection available till late, but some items were not well maintained. The hotel facilities were good, especially being right at the seafront.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely view of the gardens and fountains, although the space is not expansive. The service is welcoming and friendly but may require a gentle reminder at times. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Bardolino center, and the dining experience, while reasonable, could use some variety. The facilities are great, with a fantastic swimming pool and convenient access to a nearby sunbathing point.
The hotel's location is superb, right by the lakeside with access to private sunbathing areas, but the loud music late at night was a major downside. Rooms were adequate but not quite up to the 4-star standard advertised.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were fine, modern, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. I wish there was a balcony, but overall, it was adequate with good air conditioning and great daily service. The mini bar was excellent, and they made sure to top up coffee and other amenities every day.
The hotel had a comfortable room with a very nice shower room and a lake view, though the amplified music by the pool was extremely loud late into the night, disturbing not just guests but also residents around. The service, particularly from the cleaning staff, lacked smiles and flexibility but the hardworking servers were friendly and efficient. The location was excellent for day trips and exploring the area, despite occasional rushed meal setups during breakfast. The dining experience offered a varied and enjoyable breakfast across two restaurants. Facilities were above average.
